When I heard about Snooze's new summer menu featuring Starburst Pancakes, I had to give them a try! These pancakes don't actually have Starburst on them at all but they do have those vibrant flavors of lemon and berries. We were excited to try them out and thankful to Snooze for hosting us. The Starburst Pancakes from Snooze are made from lemon buttermilk poppyseed batter then topped with a homemade lemon anglaise, macerated blackberries, citrus mascarpone and toasted almonds. Oh. My. YUM!

Starburst Pancakes

These pancakes are simply delicious. I love a good simple pancake with just butter and syrup but this was quite the treat. You don't need syrup at all because the bold flavors from the lemon anglaise and citrus mascarpone are everything you need for a delicious bite on those poppyseed pancakes.

Snooze is featuring a Smashed Avocado Benny for the summer. It has smashed avocado, green chili, parmesan cheese, tomato, cheddar, a poached egg of course and topped with a delicious cheddar hollandaise.

Brunch Cocktails at Snooze

Snooze is also offering some tasty new brunch cocktails for summer including a Sparkling Strawberry Mimosa, a Strawberry Shortkick Marg, a Morning Mojo Mojito with Green Tea and a Snooze Summer Shandy. I will have to head back in soon to try those cocktails!

When we went for our tasting, the little missy wasn't feeling well so we took our food to go. The staff at Snooze was so sweet and offered her some chocolate chip pancakes. These were by far her favorite!
