Is summer really over?! Not for me! I am extending summer as long as possible and will still be enjoying delicious cold treats even into pumpkin season. I've partnered up with Sprouts to bring you this delicious Pumpkin Cider Popsicle recipe. I LOVE pumpkin flavor and wanted to find a way to enjoy it even on warm days. The little missy and I have been working together to make recipes that we both like. She's had a pumpkin cider popsicle everyday after school this week. These are super tasty and full of fruit!
Sprouts sent us some of their new pumpkin products to try out and we loved the Organic Pumpkin Spiced Apple Cider. It has just the right amount of pumpkin flavor in the apple cider to not be too overwhelming. We decided to make popsicles with it since we have been loving our warm San Diego days and its a great after school snack.
These are very easy to make and all ages can appreciate the flavor. It's only 3 ingredients too so it is super simple to make with the kiddos. First, chop up your pear and banana. Then pulse all ingredients with the Pumpkin Apple Cider in a blender or bullet. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. That's it!
