Peanut Butter Power Balls are one of my favorite recipes of all time. They have only 5 ingredients, are incredibly tasty and are packed with protein. Not to mention I love each ingredient all on their own. This recipe has been a family favorite since Kyla was a toddler. I would make a batch, enjoy a couple and save the rest for our weekend adventures.
Peanut Butter Power Balls are like a fresh alternative to a granola bar. I often eat a snack in the morning and afternoon so I love having something healthy on hand.
On the Go Snack
These peanut butter power balls keep in the fridge really well. I typically store these in a zip lock or air tight container. I'm sure they could last a couple weeks but they are typically gone within a few days at our house. These are great to add to a kids snack for school or put them in an air tight container that fits in your to go bag for the day.
These are one of the easiest things to make and only take about 5 minutes. Simply stir the 5 ingredients together, roll into balls and enjoy!
