This week, Barons Market challenged me to spend $25 at their store to see what I could come up with. It could be anything from a handful of snacks to a meal. I had so many ideas once I got to shopping but I landed on a simple bruschetta snack tray! This came together so quickly and is super tasty. I wanted to share a variety of items that you could pick up at their store and bring together ingredients that go well together. For being a neighborhood market with local and awesome national brands they have pretty great prices. I'll be doing more shopping at Barons! If you'd like to check them out - stop by my Instagram account for a fun giveaway this week!
If you're looking to make this tasty bruschetta snack tray, be sure to pick up the following ingredients:
Bruschetta Snack Tray
- Bread and Cie Poppy seed Baguette, sliced
- 2-3 Large Tomatoes, diced
- Variety of Olives (From the Olive Bar)
- 2-3 types of White Cheese (Barons has small portions of different selections!)
- 1 Large Cucumber, sliced
- Candied Mango
- Sliced Salami
- Honey Roasted Peanuts
To make a quick bruschetta, top the diced tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, salt & pepper.
This my friends is a really easy way to make a beautiful bruschetta snack tray in under $25 and about 10 minutes of prep time.
I am much more likely to eat veggies and healthy items when they are put together, chopped up and ready to go. Same goes for the kiddos. I brought this out after school yesterday and they loved it!
My Instagram giveaway is sponsored by Barons Market but I had so much fun creating this that I wanted to share it here with you too! Enjoy! - Bri
