OMG! These peanut butter yogurt bowls with banana and chocolate granola are so tasty! I was walking down the cereal aisle and spotted double chocolate granola and stopped in my tracks. I knew I had to come up with something delicious with this tasty treat. This bowl has a ton of flavor and packs a lot of protein to start the day. Enjoy for breakfast or a delicious dessert!
Why You Have to Try These Yogurt Bowls
I have been working on adding a little variety to our breakfast options. These peanut butter and yogurt bowls paired with the chocolate granola and bananas are so decadent yet so simple. Greek yogurt in itself is a great breakfast option, but I always like to add a fruit and something for crunch to make it satisfying.
The Ingredients Needed
The ingredients in this dish are very simple and I have a few easy substitutions you can always make as well!
- Greek Yogurt - I use honey, vanilla or plain greek yogurt.
- Chocolate granola - I used a double chocolate. Any granola will work but a granola with chocolate will really tie it all together.
- Peanut Butter - I used this delicious white chocolate peanut butter to add another depth of flavor. You could use creamy or crunchy peanut butter.
- Bananas - Finish it off with sliced bananas. You could also add strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.
How to Assemble Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowls?
First, start off with your yogurt in a bowl. Next, sprinkle on granola on one side of the bowl. Take a spoon and spread the peanut butter on top of the yogurt to the other side. Add sliced bananas down the middle of the bowl. Grab the full recipe below!
