San Diego Seals Stadium Showdown at Snapdragon

The San Diego Seals will host the first-ever regular season outdoor National Lacrosse League game on Saturday, March 4 against the Las Vegas Desert Dogs at the Stadium Showdown! The event will take place at Snapdragon Stadium, San Diego’s newest stadium. The game is set for 1:30 p.m. PT. The Snapdragon Stadium will be reduced to 10,100 seats so fans can get up close to this exciting San Diego Event.

About the San Diego Seals

The Seals are currently ranked #1 in the league. Their home arena is Pechanga Arena San Diego on Sports Arena Blvd and games are typically played at indoor stadiums. This will be the first outdoor game played in the 36 year history of the NLL. The league ranks 3rd for average attendance of indoor sports behind NBA and NHL. This is the first game of what will most likely be an annual event dubbed the Stadium Showdown.

Snapdragon Stadium is home to San Diego State Football, San Diego Wave FC and the San Diego Legion of Major League Rugby. The stadium also hosts other events and concerts.
